PATTERN OPS was founded by a USAF Fighter Pilot to bring a bit of class to the normal military squadron swag. It all started as an idea over cocktails one evening in July of 2018. After LOTS of planning, and many more cocktails, we realized our idea would hit the hearts of those in the same community and many others.

PATTERN OPS is a play on an aviation term, and we found it more than fitting for our unique patterned shirts that represent what you do in your operations, profession, hobby, or every day life.

In this world of flight suits, fun traditions, and loud squadron swag, we bring you a subtle brag of your airframe, career field, or business on a classy button-up. Rather than the typical shirt that is in your face or too casual to wear out, we wanted to create one that is classy, subtle, and can continue to be worn no matter where your job takes you.
